Fundamental techniques class focusing on punches, kicks, elbows, knee strikes, blocks, parries and evasions. The base layer of everything else — built for day-one beginners and refreshed by intermediates.

Focusing on technique and pad combinations incorporating kicks, knees, elbows and punching. Sharpen the toolkit, drill the patterns, build the muscle memory that holds up under pressure.
