A great way to help kids stay active and learn self-defence. Teaches basic boxing techniques — footwork, punching, blocking — plus important skills like discipline, focus and respect. Stretching, warm-ups, core and strength-building. For under-16s only.

Three sessions a week at the start of the after-school window. Coaches who specialise in junior coaching — patient with first-timers, sharp with the kids who keep showing up. A safe room with structure, fun and real skill development.
