Box Fit runs every weekday at 5:30pm — the post-work slot, the pre-dinner sweat. Many members enjoy boxing for the challenge it presents and the sense of accomplishment it brings; this is the friendliest entry point.

Boxing Without The Bruises.
You get the conditioning of boxing training without the contact. Pad & bag work, footwork, body weight strength — fun, fast, scaled to your level.
Full Body
Punching is a whole-body movement. So is squatting, planking and bridging. You'll feel everything tomorrow.
No Sparring
Pads, bags, shadow only. No partner contact — just intensity, technique and a friendly room of people doing the work.
Stress Relief
Hitting things is therapy. Hitting things with technique is even better. Forty-five minutes, every weekday.
